Jim Wilson FInstLM, FCMI - Director CLM Solutions Ltd. Jim has been involved in training and developing leaders for over 20 years. He was admitted as a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute in 2005 and became a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2007. He has a Diploma in Environment and Development awarded by the Open University. 

He is committed to improving business performance through its people and recognises that sound leadership at all levels is integral to success. A major achievement in this area was gaining accreditation as an Investor in People for the Army in Scotland, an organisation of some 7,000 people at the time.

Jim lives in Longniddry, East Lothian, where he is involved in local activities as a member of the primary school’s Parent Council, Chair of the school Parent Teachers Association and actively involved in the village Gala Committee. He maintains his interest in environmental matters through his membership of the John Muir Trust.

Adrian Williams TD, FInstLM, MCMI - Director CLM Solutions Ltd. Adrian has significant experience in both military and civilian management. He has served both as a regular and territorial army officer for some 26 years with a varied background in sales, financial services, business management and customer service in civilian life.

Adrian thoroughly enjoys helping to develop potential in people, whether it be for professional or personal development, and is currently responsible for the Leadership and Management training for  young officers in the Territorial Army in Scotland.

He has a Diploma in Management from the University of Hertfordshire, is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management as well as a Member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Adrian has a wide range of interests including sailing, fishing, travelling and military history.
